我們請他們幫忙預約醫院。 那天正好是休診日，醫院沒辦法安排，但他們聯絡了好幾家，真的很努力。我們非常感激。

We requested help to get an appointment at a hospital. Since the date is holiday, hospital wasnt able to accommodate, but they have tried very hard for us, for multiple places - we are very grateful

I used YOROZU’s restaurant reservation service during my Hokkaido trip from September 18–30, 2026, and requested reservations for approximately 8–10 restaurants in total. YOROZU contacted each restaurant on my behalf and made every effort to arrange the reservations. However, due to the long holiday period in Japan, they were only able to secure reservations at two restaurants. Nevertheless, I truly appreciate how hard the YOROZU team tried to assist us throughout the process. They also provided very helpful and detailed recommendations, such as letting us know which restaurants accept walk-ins, which restaurants do not accept reservations, and which restaurants only accept reservations during certain hours. Their communication and guidance were excellent, and I was very impressed with their effort and professionalism. I would definitely recommend YOROZU to anyone planning a trip to Japan who would like assistance with restaurant reservations. Their service is especially helpful when you are traveling with family and want to make your dining plans as smooth and convenient as possible. Thank you very much to the YOROZU team for your kind assistance and support!

YOROZU saved my pre Birthday lunch! I needed assistance reserving a restaurant in Japan that only accepts reservations by phone, and they handled everything so kindly, quickly and thoughtfully. Communication was warm and reassuring throughout, and I really appreciated how much care they put into understanding my wishes. What made the experience especially memorable was that the restaurant normally does not accept seating requests, yet YOROZU still managed to arrange a beautiful window seat for us. They also helped make the occasion even more special by arranging a lovely extra gesture from the restaurant for my upcoming birthday. I felt genuinely supported and looked after, and I truly appreciate the effort and kindness they put into everything. Yorozu Translation Services was an absolute lifesaver for the start of my trip to Tokyo! I had a very early morning arrival and wanted to book my hotel room for the night before so I could go straight there after landing, shower, change, and freshen up before starting my first day. The problem was that many hotels will cancel a reservation if you do not arrive by late evening, so I was really nervous that I could pay for the extra night and still show up in the morning to find that my room had been released. My wonderful translator from Yorozu took care of everything. They contacted the hotel directly, explained exactly what I was trying to do, and got confirmation that the hotel would hold the room for me and that arriving the following morning would be completely fine. I cannot overstate what a relief this was. It took a huge weight off my shoulders and made me feel so much more relaxed about arriving in Tokyo after a long international flight. Instead of worrying about where I would shower, change, or store my luggage, I now know I can simply arrive at the hotel, get settled, and start my first day in Japan feeling refreshed. This is exactly the kind of situation where having a Japanese-speaking professional advocate for you is invaluable. Yorozu made what felt complicated and stressful incredibly easy. I am so grateful for their help and would recommend Yorozu Translation Services without hesitation. They genuinely made the beginning of my trip better before I even arrived in Japan!

I had a great experience with Yorozu. I was looking for a PlayStation 5 Pro in Japan and they were incredibly helpful. They called several stores for me in Japanese, checked availability, and even suggested alternative options when the stores were out of stock. Communication was very friendly and quick. I really appreciate the time and effort they put into helping me. Highly recommended!
